The spokesperson of the Pakistani Foreign Office, Tahir Andrabi, said that Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar and Field Marshal Asim Munir welcomed the Iranian delegation. During the visit, the Iranian Foreign Minister will meet Pakistan’s top leadership. According to the Foreign Office, in these meetings there will be an exchange of views on the latest regional situation and ongoing efforts for peace and stability.

So now it is being said that during this visit he will meet the Pakistani Prime Minister and will also have a separate meeting with Ishaq Dar. Until then the news was that the American delegation is not coming. Initially, the news was that the American delegation is not coming.
during this time a statement came from the White House spokesperson Karine Jean-Pierre. In an interview she said that US special envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner will go to Islamabad, Pakistan for further negotiations with Iran.
So that means she has announced the names of two individuals who are now coming. She further said that both personalities included in the American delegation will depart in the morning of the week for the negotiations. That means today they will depart, and it will take approximately 14 hours for them to arrive.

You know that these negotiations were expected that in the last week it was expected that maybe Iran would come. America was ready. JD Vance, who is the Vice President of America, Donald Trump had already said about him that he is ready to come. And at the beginning of the week everything had been decided.
Iran Refuses Talks Over US Naval Blockade Dispute
But after that, no confirmation was given from Iran’s side. The background of the matter was that Iran said that the naval blockade imposed by America should first be ended because Iran considers it an act of war, an aggressive act. Due to which Iran said that we will not come here and because of that the negotiations became a victim of delay.

Because we are still waiting that if Abbas Araghchi is coming, then who will come from America? Because as I have shared before, it is very important that negotiations happen at equal level. If there is a green signal from Iran, then definitely this demand must have been placed that if Abbas Araghchi comes, then a person of equal level should come from America.
Will JD Vance himself come or will they send someone else like Witkoff or Kushner? In my opinion, that might not work. Iran will insist on equal level.
